A SaaS that turned meeting recordings into usable minutes, with a chat to query the conversation afterwards. Built and operated entirely in-house: from the audio pipeline to the billing.
Taking minutes costs a professional hours every week, and speech recognition alone produces a transcript — not minutes. The difference is structure: who said what, what was decided, what needs to happen.
A pipeline that processed audio into a structured report, with a RAG chat to ask follow-up questions. Ran on Cloud Run with its own microservice architecture and CI/CD.
This product is no longer running. We stopped it — operating it did not weigh up against what it returned. It is here because it was built, run and used, and because that belongs to the work just as much as the projects that did continue.
