Tell us your idea, we build it.
Founders and scale-ups have us build their app, SaaS or platform. Share your idea in a few words — within one business day you get a clear approach, phasing and fixed price. No obligation.
From request to proposal
- A no-obligation call to sharpen your idea and scope.
- A clear quote with approach, phasing and price — no surprises.
- A reply within one business day.
Not a price list, but a worked-out proposal.
Based on your request we schedule an intake. After that you receive a quote you can judge without us in the room — detailed enough to put side by side with someone else's.
- The scope broken into building blocks, so you can see where the work sits.
- Explicit assumptions and what falls outside scope — that part is what prevents arguments later.
- A phasing with a fixed price per phase, so you are not signing for the whole thing at once.
- A timeline calculated for your scope — not a standard lead time that would not hold anyway.
- Valid for thirty days, so you have time to decide.
From request to go-ahead.

Intake
A conversation about the goal behind the idea: which problem you are solving, for whom, and what the situation looks like today. We also map the technical context and the people who decide.
- 02
Analysis
We translate the wishes into what is feasible: which building blocks are needed, where the risks are, and what we depend on from your side.
- 03
Scope
The analysis becomes a bounded scope with the assumptions stated explicitly. What is not included is written down just as firmly as what is.
- 04
Quote
You receive the proposal and we walk through it together. If something does not fit, we adjust it — only then is there something to decide on.
You should not have to ask how it is going.
A board that moves with the work
The work sits on a project board where every piece of work is tied to a concrete change. No separate status report that lags behind reality.
Weekly summary
Every week a short list of what was delivered — readable without a technical background.
Your own portal
Optionally an account where invoices, payment status and project progress sit in one place.
A delivery document per phase
At every invoicing moment a document describing what that phase actually delivered.
You own it, infrastructure included.
By default your project runs on a cloud account in your name: you pay for your own usage directly and we do the technical operations with access you can revoke. Ownership and operations are separate — leaving us does not mean losing your platform.
Before you fill in the form.
No. The request and the intake are without obligation; you are committed to nothing until you sign the quote.
Yes. The budget field is optional and "not sure yet" is a valid answer. An indication only helps us tell you sooner whether something is realistic.
It stays yours. We use what you share solely to assess your request and to build a proposal for it.
No. A problem you want solved is enough — sharpening what exactly gets built is the work of the intake and the analysis.
Yes, that is the default. The quote is priced per phase, so after each phase you can decide whether to continue.
We do. Studio Groei builds in-house; there is no intermediary between you and the people working on your product.
That depends on what you need — it is custom work, so there is no price list. To give you a sense: a simple website starts around € 3,000, and more complex platforms scale up from there. The quote states a fixed price per phase, so you know exactly where you stand before you begin.
We deliberately do not quote a standard lead time, because it would mean little for your project. This is custom work: the planning follows from the scope. You get a concrete timeline in the quote, calculated for your request — not a guess up front.
