Full-stack B2B commerce platform + CRM for NovaDerm Group: premium webshop for cosmetic clinics, automated accounting and inventory management.
No Shopify or Magento: the entire B2B flow had to be built from the ground up. Registration approval, wholesale pricing, real payments, sequential invoice numbering, and synchronous write-back to the accounting system.
One self-built platform on Astro 5 and Firebase, deeply integrated with Dutch systems: E-boekhouden as the source of truth, custom inventory with an audit trail, role-based access down to financial detail, and a partner CRM with case management, AI-assisted via Claude.
