Niels didn't start out in tech. He worked in retail and sales — sales advisor, department manager, account manager — and only then moved into enterprise IT. That order turns out to be an advantage: he knows the client's side, the revenue responsibility, and the frustration of a system that doesn't do what it promised.

Since 2023 he has been building for himself. Not demos, but systems that run in production: multi-agent orchestration, RAG applications and the integrations that separate an impressive presentation from something an organisation can actually rely on.

The market has two kinds of people: consultants who know the enterprise landscape but don't build deep AI, and engineers who build AI but don't know that landscape. Niels sits in the overlap — with an entrepreneur's background on top.

Most AI projects never make it past the pilot. A demo lands, a deck circulates, and nothing ships. That gap is exactly what Niels works on: the layer beneath the demo — orchestration, integrations, guardrails and monitoring — that turns a prototype into a working system.

He'd rather show you something that works than promise you something perfect. That's why this platform runs on what we build for clients: the client portal, the quotes, the payment flows and the agent loop underneath are not a showcase but production.
